Great question RH. Women making the first move might be wishful thinking on my part, but it's definitely becoming the norm for younger daters.

My clientele tends to skew older, so you're absolutely right that most of them would be way too uncomfortable taking the initiative. That's not how they were raised. The best advice I can give them is to put their phones down, make eye contact and smile. That's making the first move.

As modern and progressive as we are as a dating culture, I still love old-fashioned romance, and advocate for keeping it alive.
