I quite understand the fury women feel in the workplace. I’m 61 and suffered through it because it was the norm back in the day. All the inappropriateness, harassment, sexism, etc. went unchecked.
Thankfully, times have changed, but the backlash--although deserved--has become counterproductive. Good for you for having the courage to say it, Jonatha.
Outrage can have its limits and I'm pretty sure we're at that point. I'm pretty sure men have gotten the message. If not, I'm sure HR will tell them.
Ladies, I’m in your corner, but be careful for what you wish for. When the cause starts turning against you, when men don't want to talk to you, date you, hire you, work with you, or even know you, it's gone too far.
