I'd love some statistics on people who stayed together (or got married) after having sex on the first date. My guess is not too many. I'm 60, I read “The Rules” when it came out, and "no sex on the 1st date rule" is for real, and I've had enough 1st date sex in my day to know. Jump into the sack on the first date and you probably won’t get a 2nd date.
