Let's face it folks, we've raised a generation of wimps with no work ethic, no resilience, and no respect for authority. Yes social media and phones have a great deal to do with it, but I'm putting the blame on the parents who've created this mess and these monsters.

Kids need to be taught accountability, how to face consequences, and take responsibility for their actions. This is Parenting 101. Why are parents so afraid to do this? Because they've given their kids so much power they're probably afraid of them.
