I may be old-fashioned, but if you want to get good at navigating relationships, validating other's experiences, and learning how to show compassion, you have to practice on real people, in real life, not behind a screen talking to a robot.

AI is a machine, and not more human than humans.

I'm glad you've found a friend in AI, but please use it as a supplement, not your sole source of companionship.
