The good news is you and I (who’s way over 40) had the good fortune of dating and living in a world before apps. We know how dating is done. We appreciate effort and honesty, old-fashioned romance and courtship. That's all lacking today. Dating apps--while occasionally successful for some--have sucked the soul out of dating. I feel sorry for younger generations whose only path to love is scrolling and swiping for it.
